Free trial

New accounts get a 1-day free trial. A card is needed to start it. Cancel any time during the trial and you are not charged.

Cancel any time

You can cancel your plan at any time from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, scans stop. Your data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

No prorated refunds

We do not refund unused time. This applies to monthly and yearly plans. If you cancel partway through a period, you are not charged again, but the rest of the current period is not refunded.

Mistakes and problems

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or the service did not work because of a problem on our side, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We look at each case and fix it fairly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you open a dispute with your bank. A disputed payment pauses the account until the dispute is closed.
