1. What this is

Trackline ("the service", "we") reads order and shipping emails from inboxes you connect, and shows your orders, shipments, inventory and profit in one dashboard. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Only connect inboxes that you own or are allowed to use.
You can add partners to your team. You are responsible for what they do in it.

3. Subscription and trial

The plan costs $5 a month or $50 a year, plus tax where it applies.
New accounts get a 1-day free trial. A card is needed to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan you picked starts and your card is charged.
The plan renews on its own until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing page.
Payments are handled by Stripe. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

4. Fair use

Inboxes are unlimited within fair use. If an account uses far more resources than normal, we may slow its scan rate (for example, from live to every 10 minutes).

5. What you must not do

Do not use the service to break the law.
Do not try to get into other users' data, attack the service, or resell access.
Do not share one subscription with people who are not on your team.

6. Data and accuracy

We read emails that stores and carriers send you. Those emails can be late, wrong or change format. Market prices come from third-party sales data and can be wrong or out of date. Do not rely on the service as your only record for taxes or business decisions.

7. Affiliates

If you share a referral link, you earn the commission shown in the app on payments from people you refer. Earnings clear after 30 days. Payouts start at $20. Self-referrals, fake accounts and refunded or disputed payments do not earn commission. We may change or end the program with notice. Earned, cleared balances are still paid.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always available.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, missed sales or indirect losses.

10. Ending your account

You can cancel any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. After you cancel, your data is kept until you ask us to delete it. See the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we tell you in the app or on Discord before it takes effect.
